Registration Info
The 2024 race is sold out.
There will be no late or day-of registration. We regret we cannot accommodate a wait list.
Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation email from ClubAssistant (helpful tip: make sure you've entered your email correctly in the reg form!). If you do not receive a confirmation email, you are not registered. Please understand we cannot make exceptions for anyone who is not officially registered.
Cancellation Policy: There will be NO REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, or DEFERRALS. We're sorry if you can't make the race, or if the weather turns to complete crap and forces us to cancel for safety reasons. Due to insurance coverage, as well as race costs, we cannot offer refunds, deferrals or transfers. We appreciate your understanding!
Entry Fee: $80.00 (USD, CAD), either distance. Fee includes official race swim cap, which must be worn during the swim, and commemorative sports swag.
An additional $20 (USD) one-event USMS registration fee is required if the registrant has no current swim affiliation (USMS, Canadian Masters)
The one-event fee can be converted to full USMS membership within 30 days after the race, with an additional conversion fee. Full membership in USMS allows swimmers' participation in all other USMS open-water races, pool meets, clinics, coaching and magazine subscription for the rest of 2023.
